Hi,new to this need some advice on wiring connections for the 3 phase plug connection to run unit on standby system seems to be 3 phases and no neutral, thanks.philb uk system.

Hi Phil.
A little bit of information on the plug pin layout might help us come up with an answer.
3 phase means 3 wires, ensure that rotation of the motor(s) is correct.

That is right, 3 phase, earth and no neutral.

Hi PhilB,
If all3 phase loads are the same they are said to be 'balanced'. When this is the case the sum of the currents flowing in the neutral is zero, thus the neutral connection is not required.
