We have a reefer unit that is screaming occationally and we assume here that is has to be worn belts. It has a extremely had time when it is raining or wet. When it is raining or wet, the engine cranks and runs while the belt does not seem to catch.

Does anyone has a belt diagram for this model reefer. The main belt, which has the tension adjustment on the top, has not been a problem. There is a smaller belt on the back side of the unit in which we are going to replace also. That belt is located on the lower back of the unit and is smaller in size.

Anyone have a pdf or other file showing how these belts are installed?

I used to work for TK in Belgium about six years ago, I hope my friend still works there if he is, I can scan in those belt diagrams etc.

This might not work for you, it's the SR, I don't have one on the Max.

Again, make sure you check out the engine mounts. So often I have seen guys change belts only to find they adjust too far or get loose too soon. When the mounts are worn the engine leans over and thus loose belts.
Let us know what you find!

Also check for pulley wear. A U shaped pulley cannot properly drive a V shaped belt.
