How many have run in to the the unit that put orifices in ea. Feed
line going in to the evaporator and found then plugged, What do you do?
I known many techs that replace the evaporator to fix it. Some cut the pipes and
clean the orifices out ( lot of work to do that).
This is what I came up with................... What is plugging it varnish from the windings.
Varnish melts, heat up all to orifices for 10 sec. Not looking for cheery red.
Yow can do this as you recover the gas. Change the oil why where did the varnish
come from the the windings, varnish is mix in the oil so change the oil and the drier and
charge the unit away you go. Some think that you and just change the drier and
the drier will pick it up.
If you need more then heating up the pipe's to clean it cut the L.L and the S.L and flush with RX11 and nitrogen.
