Hi guys, might be easy for you but can you tell me how to get at the round ice bung as mine is either broken or come off. Dont want to break anything with my heavy handed gas fitters hands

Soory I don't know this product and I'm assuming that the 'ice bung' is a block of ice stopping the machine working.
