Gree cassette error?

Does any body out there know what the power light flashing twice on a gree cassette is?. I turned it on and off with the zapper which stopped it flashing(for now).
I couldn't access the condenser today, will have to wait until tomorrow.
I haven't got the model number - can't get the ceiling tiles out:mad: but I can tell you it is a 5kw'ish compact cassette running on R407c and it's 3 years old.
Any ideas welcomed

top right, service centre then service manual. Then it asks you to set up an account thats as far as I could be bothered to go. dont know if it will get you anywhere but its worth a go I suppose.
