Split mini system

Hi everyone

I would like to install an split mini system in a new sun room. Due to the windows, I need to loacate it close to the floor. Is this acceptable? The room is 12" X 18" with High E glass in the windows and I am considering a 9000 BTU unit. I live in the Piedmint of Nirth Carolina.
