Kiour Controller

I'm trying to source a Kiour REF-FR-LCC freezer controller in the uk for an inomak two door upright freezer. The problem is that the compressor, on occasion, keeps running dropping the temp to -31... Tapping the top of the controller stops the compressor motor and everything returns to normal. This has happened twice now in the last month and I would like to get a new controller as I don't think the current one has long to go. Any help in sourcing a new one would be appreciated. Thanks
