Dear Fndz ..

sorry !! started this new theard ..b"coz thught no body saw my earlier post ..in my existing theard.

ya, actually need some help from you guys & itz really urgent ...

need to make a duct which should have 2 legs (i.e) 2 outlets from a single source & which should be in such a way that you should be able 2 regulate the amount of air going into one leg or completely stop when required.. some things like a valve ..where u regulate the air entering one leg (or outlet).

I want 2 know if such duct's existing ..if it is ..then please send me some links or pictures of such ducts .

well..i have heard of 3-phase & 2-phase dampers which help you do so.

is it true?

please, help me 2 get some info.

THankz in advance ..

Regards
Khadar:)

Hi Khadar, If you type in ducting into GOOGLE its amazing what you will find and yes there are dampers for ducting. The best way for you to learn is going to look for a solution.

Bro
I think the words you wan;t to use are damper (air valve) and vav - variable air volume as the regulator. There are many systems and parts for this, as one leg closes more air will flow into other unless regulated via another damper ie one regulator for each leg.
