Hello.i am currently working on an ice machine called a 'profi ice',does anyone know anything about these machines?Where ther made,where i can get parts?

Profi are in uk arnt they?Also better for the low use of water and electric.

I think this type of ice machine scores in hard water areas, as they don't scale up so much. Is this true?
