I came accross a york chiller(YCASO515EB50, R 407C),here is the problem.
In one of york system we have the compressor working with bubbles in liquid sigth glass and alternative low oil level in the oil separator.
I was told that it was service by a technician that (change the filter/drier,oil filter,slide valve,add oil )
I've ask if they were having leak and low oil problem,the respond was that refrigerant leak and the slide valve was the problem
I think the guy put to much oil and some of this oil end up in the evaporator ,but why this alternative low oil level in the oil seperator. Can the ball valve failure at oil return pipe be the reason?
PS: I have little experience on those York, but I want to learn
Can someone told me where to get a distance training in HVAC ?
