Hi all,
I'm trying to find the chart for the correct pvc sizes to be used per ton of chilled water cooled system taken in consideration friction losses

I'm not sure pvc is suited for pressurized chilled water systems. A suited material would be ABS. Your supplier should have flowcharts and pressure tables for the abs pipes!

Iv'e always used ABS for chilled water also, i think it has a better impact resistance when its cold than PVC.

I have no qualms using schedule 80 PVC for chilled water.
There is no chart, but try and limit yourself to flows of 4 feet per second or less.

PVC is not really suitable, ABS is an improvement, HDPE pre fabricated, pre-insulated, is the way forward nowadays
