The trouble with the rep power facility is that those of us who have been on the forum for a while know how to use it. For newer members or people looking in with a single question they will not know how to use it. can i point people to the thread entitle "Rep power" in the help forum

Well Raymond i was not sure what that rep power meant and now that i do you have provided good info in that area. I have giving you a rep point. I shall use it in the future.
