I appreciate if any one can help me to inform me any easy formula for calculating the wet bulb temperature from air drybulb and humidity.
Perpetual motion, alchemy, snake oil and easy method for calculating WBT (when DBT and RH are known), all belong to same category:p
I am a bit dramatic but the simplest calculation requires to compute 4 other parameters and 2 implicit equations (in simple terms, you should do a trial and error calculation or use iteration techique).
Refer to ASHRAE Handbook of Fundamentals.

Use a physcometric chart.

Excuse me, may be I didnīt understand you, but if you already know the humidity and the dry bulb temp, is just a matter of looking at the chart.

Since you are knowing the Dry Bulb Temperature and the Humidity, then the best way to know the Wet Bulb temperature is to use the psycometric Chart.

Despite all the valuable opinions, the tables where made by formulas , also a lot of software use such formulas.
Of course it is easy to use the tables.
