The quality of life and standard of living would be much better than over here. Their wages work out higher than ours, and they can earn almost $100000.00

Take the worst and look at 30%. Like it or not you have to figure on waiting at least 3 months for a lot of your money to come back in.
Possibly not too good for hydrocarbons either.
