Delonghi Troubleshooting - please help!!

I recently encountered a Delonghi portable air con unit with a perminantly live compressor. Not a problem to rectify but I discovered Delonghi won't give out any technical infomation at all including fault codes!
Can anyone point me in the right direction for any information?
TIA

Re: Delonghi Troubleshooting - please help!!

You could try a company called powermaster i know they do warranty stuff on Delonghi water chillers so they may be able to help with codes.

Have you tried the Delonghi website ? does the downloadable manual for your model contain any useful information ?
