Osborne 2900

Hi im new to all this so go easy!!! I have just bought a secondhand osborne 2900 chiller for my beers!! Anyway switch on and powers up etc but no matter what temp is set to 0-7 it dosnt go cold. The outer walls of the fridge on the outside do but inside it fels like warm air is getting blown through?? any ideas on this thx

Maybe the refrigerant is not adequate.

It looks like you bought "cat in the bag".
Do you know anything about refrigeration repairs?
Does compressor and condenser/evaporator fan works? Does chiller tubes are hot or cold to touch?
