Frascold and propane
I would like to hear from everyone who has got eny experience with Frascolds 6 and 8 cyl. compressors. Have you had eny problems with them and propane (or other refrigerants)?

Hello condor frascold compressors are good and run very smooth but they have very fine tollerances on wrist pin and big ends you have to make sure the suction super heats are set properly and they used for the specfied operating limits. other wise they seize up and smash

I have a customer which uses Frascold with R1270, and they dont have any problems with it.

Hi,
My experience is no good in frascold, 30hp & 15hp after 6 months I replace it with another brand.

Old company went balls up. I was hired shortly in a district heating substations manufacturing company, and then finally hired in Frascold. Nice to be here.

I have been mailing to you (i.e. Frascold) now since start of December, no replies what so ever.
Its regarding purchase of spareparts.
