overhaul
please give me suggest, may I use compressor more than 5000 hour for the first time, my NH3 compressor is a reciprocating compressor, two stage, Sabroe 116

It would be best to use the Sabroe guidelines for replacement intervals. Remember, these operating hours are recommended average hours. A compressor that is treated badly may require more frequent inspection and replacement of parts. This is only something you can decide.
I have seen compressors that are treated well and never been taken apart also.If all else fails, ask for help.

you are recommend to perform minimum check/s.
these days, QC for compressor before delivery is on random basis.
you wouldn't know if you are to 'choosen' one with defective parts.
it is good to check & change the lube oil; moreover some manufacturer place some cloth type filter at the strainer. if you do not check, ....
perform the isnpection if you trust onyl what you see.

I would say 10,000Hrs seems to be the rule of thumb with Recip. The diminishing factor to these hours is the Stop Start
