    UV lamp/Indian restaurant

Went looking for a leak on an evaporator in a small cold room (room light off) with my UV lamp kit and found that nearly all the food in there glowed green just like spectroline dye must be the food colouring Wonder if it'll still glow after its been eaten

    Monkey Spanners.
Hopefully it's food colouring? Either that or it's one hell of a leak. Do any oils glow green?

Are you sure they did not run out of cooking oil and pick up the old cans of POE instead?
