low discharge tempeeature
the compressor is twin screw type,Evaporationg Temperature=-3degC,Condensing temperature=43.5degC.But the discharge tempeeature is 48 degC! it should be more than degC,isn't it?

Re: low discharge tempeeature
It sounds u u have refrigerant liquid slugging in ur screw compressor cools down the the discharge temperature to this degree. So it is better to check out the TXV bulb position or its size (perhaps it is oversized) or there is over charging in ur system. What is the sort of ur oil cooler system?.
Regards

Re: low discharge tempeeature
The possibility of overcharging is more. Please also check the TEV wether it has been properly selected and if the same is operating.

Re: low discharge tempeeature
Hi,
Where is you location cause the equipment already size up to 43.5C and you have 48C discharge temp. also the refrigerant use, do include the oil. It is unusual to have that high temp. and still have high discharge temp. The factor is the impurity of both oil and refrigerant. The moisture inside the compressor and the system. Also the dirt on the condenser if it is aircooled clean it with water and if it shell and tube scrub it.
