cascade compressor icing
hi everyone,
I'm still raw here n need some help regarding ice build up on both compressor. My chamber using R22(8.5kg) & R23(6kg) on both 3.75kW semi-hermetic compressor. The water inlet for R22 condensor : 11 deg C and outlet reading : 16 deg C.
The problems is that both compressor fully covered with ice when the system running under -65 deg C. The performance will surely drop once the ice fully forms.
Pls anyone with having this experience before able to help me solve the problem ?
Thanx & regards.
