    Unhappy noisy working



    hı everybody
    outdoor unit is working too noisy,
    there is hıgh vibration on 4 way valve pipes,especially on suction pipe,ıt ıs causing vibration on outdoor unıt body what can ı do?
    please share your experiences with me.

    Have you checked the fan. I've had out of balance fan blades caused by a build up of dirt.
    Remove fan blade and check the back of the center hub area for accumulated dirt.

    Check 4 lock pads .
    Or compressor vibrating eliminators....might be demolished.

    This seems like a faulty 4 way valve.

    Clearly not the fan because you would not have identified the 4 way valve. I assume that the compressor is not vibrating.

    What is the frequecy of the vibration (fast or about 1 second)?

    I have just seen that Patrick Kotza in his book "REFREPAIR MANUAL", describes a situation that seems to be what you have.

    If the slide on the 4-way valve sticks in some intermediate position, all 4 ports will be connected. This effectively short circuits the HP/LP, creating an unstable situation.

    The vibration is the slide valve.

    I think ıt is concerned with pipe design,I have used 5/8" pipe and I will try 1/2" now.
    ı will come back with concluisons
