Tanem unit and Booster unit
Can you explain the difference between tandem unit and booster unit.

Hi,
I gone through some text books and found the following difference between the tandem unit and booster unit.
Compressors are in parallel connection is consist of two methods,
1. Tandem unit
2. Booster Unit.
Tandem unit:
Compressors are connected through common suction and common discharge.
Booster unit:
One compressor suction will be other compressor Discharge and other connections are same as per refrigeration cycle.
