Shock froster for FSB bakery plants.
Hi,
I am working on shock tunnel for Fresh Start Bakeries in Poland, FSB is supplier of bakery for McDonald.
I need any help concernig tech solutions, load calculations, selecting devices for it. May you have any expernice concerning that or so. Any help or hints are extremely welcomed.

What is going into it? Just the small MD sandwiches?
What's the load of the tunnel ?(most important item for your calculation)
Will a nitrogen tunnel not be the best solution for your problem?It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
