Re: Discharge port adjustment in function of climate conditions
For Mycom, the manual says: "Do not operate the compressor with the Vi at any other setting than the L, M or H
port setting", why it can't operate in a intermediate setting?

Re: Discharge port adjustment in function of climate conditions
Renata, you can do what you like, but against their recommendation.
As to why, I imagine they have done a lot of testing & they are the best settings to cover everything required.
Why not send them a note to ask why.
"J" series variable auto Vi is like Frick, but of course you would have to use their controller (like Frick). to get optimum result

Re: Discharge port adjustment in function of climate conditions
Bitzer probably download software on line
Mycom in manual as HVAC indicates, or Mycom selection programme
Frick auto Vi if using their control panel
Sabroe auto Vi uses Unisab, of manual Vi in their maintenance manual
There is a calculation for it which is in most manuals
