First one to say "bring back the spammers" gets to pay for the next kilo of R404a.

Re: All quiet
I caught up with a fellow fridge man mate today yes things are quiet, sadly one of my best buddies in my local area passed early December which to be honest screwed my xmas up big time but to be fair he did leave a legacy to his true friends, but life must go on albeit with great memories,so onward and upward another dollar to be made?xmas time is quiet and issues are not that important family comes first etc but refrigerant price increases take no prisoners another post perhaps but in reality ok I understand the limitations on supply but why so much differential in prices,screw wholesalers ebay is the future I can buy gas 30 percent cheaper via ebay you have to produce f gas certs but wholesalers have lost the plot and hopefully soon will cut the margins or sit on gas stocks,some wholesalers are living in cloud cuckoo land sorry for the long rant but wholesalers making a fast profit the games up you are history rant over! !!!

Re: All quiet
Gents,
Agreed
It's not only new posts but also active members
Down under, I'm hard pressed thinking of an active Supermarket guy or Chiller tech - previously these guys have been very active but the ones I know of have stepped away from the industry coalface
Further - things are also very quiet from the land of the Long White Cloud (New Zealand), these guys are mad tinkerers & can get it going with a piece of string and sticky tape, always good to learn their inovative ways
Here in Sydney, I see the same job adverts repeating again, again and again - it seems that there are more jobs than candidates
Here is a crazy observation - I live in an apartment complex of 30 residences, I am the only Blue Collar Tradesperson. Same again with the school run - I'm the only guy with a tradies "van"
I think this bloke said it best;
“We, the unwilling, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have done so much, for so long, with so little, we are now qualified to do anything with nothing.”
