spammers have won.
whilst myself and 2 other moderators Chemi and Frank.
Try and delete this spam.
Which when we do so it is not noticed normally as we Moderators have a BCC option.
Many of the regular and valued posters chip in but whilst people will insist on opening what is obviously spam.
The spammers are getting more and more brazen.
I and other moderators have emailed the Boss.
But He seems to think there are only a few of these posts (2 or 3 a day!)
So far since 1 o'clock last night I alone have cleared 9 / 10 of these types of post. another 5 or 6 since,
LET ALONE THE OTHER MODS!
WE ARE TRYING HARD TO KEEP THE FORUM RUNNING!
BUT EVERYONE CAN HELP BY NOT OPENING THESE PEICES OF CRAP. WHICH HAVE NO LINK TO REFRIGERATION.
I HOPE THE BOSS IS READING THIS AS WELL!

Patient my friend, always worked for me, they will stop, we will not!
The registration procedure should be changed .
Hope (like you) that the boss is reading.

Re: spammers have won.
You are doing mighty work Grizz, Chemi and Frank unseen but vital to our enjoyment of site, please stick with it. If there is any way to give some of us the means to delete or even move these posts to a non public place then ask the Boss to do so, unfortunately this is probably not even aimed specifically at this site, just a blanket spam approach.
Mostly found in the southern part of this green and pleasant land.

Re: spammers have won.
How do we report the spam without opening it to get to the triangle?

Re: spammers have won.
I think what is meant that we do not click/open any of the hyperlinks within the posts.
If you click on a link then the spammer gets paid by the link advertiser and the spammer also knows that his spam attack has worked encouraging more spam.Brian, retired in Devon.
