Re: Milky refrigerant
Hi.
Call a non European refrigeration Engineer.
Basic stuff this, which makes me question what YOU do for a living, and being R22.
Further compounds that question.

Re: Milky refrigerant
Humidity indicator button in middle of sightglass shows magenta and magenta on label on sightglass shows Caution - ie you have lot of water/humidify long way over 200 ppm circulating in system and this is not good at all....
I surprise equipment still working ie seem in very bad condition inside...
System need checking why humidity coming in inside system (if system is water cooler, is good guess you have leak in evaporator for cooling water), empty out refrigerant (for destruct), repair leak, vacuum in possible days, replace drierfilter _after_ some days vacuum pumping (or new driefilter going to saturate immediately depend of very high water content in system) vacuum again to low steady level, leak check before filling new refrigerant.
If in Europa - you cannot fill with R22 again and need convert system or using drop in refrigerant for R22 with lower efficient and capacity.Last edited by xxargs; 11-02-2015 at 06:53 AM.
