Re: carel pboohoo controller alarm
Hi. doormaster2008.
Just a guess but if parameter A4 is set to 9.
Then you may have an issue with the door switch?
Worth checking anyways!
Good Luck.

Re: carel pboohoo controller alarm
Seem to recall there are 2 types of alarm setpoints.
Absolute where the temp (high and low) are the actual alarm threshold parameters.
Relative where the alarm (high and low) are, well, relative to the setpoint.
So if you are set for 1*C relative points of AL=5 then the alarm will come on at -4*C. If you have it set for -5 the it comes on at 6*C.
A1=0 is relative
A1=1 is absolute
If AL or AH =0 then the alarm function is turned off.
Not sure about the evap fans going off mind and if this is the alarm then you get AL or AH flashing up I think. When power is reset then you need to wait for the alarm delay before it alarms again.
Carel, gotta love them. More settings than you can shake a stick at. Stick in an Elliwell. :-)Health and safety first..........unless I'm in a hurry.

Re: carel pboohoo controller alarm
Your not wrong there Taters.if the slot was'nt so long it would have an elliwell on it.dont know why they have to make everything so complicated.I cant understand why the fan stops.the alarm triangle and the cabinet temp readout flash on and off.I hate Carel.

Re: carel pboohoo controller alarm
Hi doormaster2008.
I agree Taters is more likely to have sussed your problem.
Do you need a manual or have you one?
