Drinking
After a long day of in the van, I like to go home and grab a beer from the fridge to wind down. Anyone else like a drink of an evening? If so, what's your poison?

Re: Drinking
If I finish at the office, it's whatever's in the company beer fridge.
I've become partial to some of Burleigh Breweries offerings if I'm buying.
Otherwise it's wine, rum or whiskey.

CAPTAIN MORGAN from Jamaica is my Poison. Morgan's with Soda water, or Ginger ale.
Sorry "AL"...Half glasses of whatever at your place....or "Cooking Brandy" at Monkey Spanners simply won't cut it for me.To the optimist, the glass is half full. To the pessimist, the glass is half empty.

Re: Drinking
PaulZ. Back in the early day's, i shared a couple of over-proof bottles of Bundy rum with friends on Dunk Island.....and again at Lake Tinaroo..... (For reference to our overseas R.E. members, both places are located in Northern Queensland.)
Puking all night after the buzz wore off was hell. Remembering most of my paralytic behaviour was far worse. Bundaberg over-proof or the not so debilitating 40 % these days? NEVER!!Last edited by mikeref; 24-04-2014 at 11:49 AM. Reason: Over proof :(

Hi Mike
I would have thought you being a Queenslander you would have grown up on Bundy I know I was. I think it a bit of old habits die hard.
