    when stop the compressor thus time crankcase temperature is very low.

    when stop the Reciprocating compressor thus time crankcase temperature is very low. then compressor start and trip from unsafe suction.

    from what you write it would seem like you have either liquid floodback or a lack of refrigerant,
    please try to elaborate.
