Calculating Cabinet Temperature?
I have a supermarket display cabinet question, I am hoping you can help.
Question:
From my understanding the Display Cabinet Temperature is calculated based on the weighting that is placed on the Air On and Air Off temperatures. Sometimes the weighting is 50% by 50% and sometmes it is 30% by 70%. So if the measured Air On temperature is 10 degC and Air Off temperature is -8 degC, based on 50%/50% weighting gives a cabinet temperature of 1 degC. If weighting is 30%/70% then cabinet temperature is -2.6 degC. Is this a gemmick or is there a specific reason to this.
Thanks
Best Regards
Yoong
