[edit]See 2nd post for clear text, Brian_UK
Hi,
Can anyone help me with some advice on a Rhoss chiller? It's model can be seen on the attached pictures.
When turning off the chiller manually, the pressure on the discharge side rises from 13 bars to 26 bar for about 10 seconds, and the pressure on the aspiration side remains constantly on about 4 bars and the safety controller ( pressostat) stops turns off the unit. Then the chiller can not be turned on, just after resetting manually the safety controller (marked with red on picture). In auto mode, the chiller does not operates at all. What can be the problem?

The othe problem is with the ELIWELL ECH 210 BP electronic controller. Re: Rhoss chiller
ECH Manual sent to your email address.
Good luck,
What you describe sounds like the chiller is not pumping down but ramping up with no condenser fans running.
Does your condenser fans run?

Re: Rhoss chiller
Condenser fans tripped or ineffective, or too much refrigerant.

Re: Rhoss chiller
Thank for your advices. But the described things happen when I stop the chiller manually - becouse the chiller runs only in manual, the auto mode does not work. Started manually , the chiller runs properly (no problem with fan or refrigerant).
The controller does not react to any key and I can-t access it's menu. There is a remote mounted on the wall- on that can be selected the mode: auto or manual. The unit operates now only in manual mode.

Re: Rhoss chiller
Hi
it would seem that the unit shuts down on pumpdown and condenser fans stay off,
check your settings .
