30hxc cooler interlock failure

Hi guys,here we go again.got into the plant room this morning found the chiller on cooler interlock failure 75,reset it work for half an hour and then on fault again and this time i cannot start the unit anymore it go straight on fault after reset.The system got water flow and ive check the flow switch on the chiller its good.and the remote switch as well.and the chilled water pump is running ok.can someone advise me on that one thks.

check tempeture readings of lwt and ewt.
then check for another flowswitch-a thermal one installed on the leaving water pipe.
also check pump indication contacts as mentioned below.
75 Evaporator water flow control failure 1 - Control not closed, before end Unit shut down. Pump Manual Evaporator pump control or water flow
of the start-up delay or open shut down. switch failure
during operation
2 - If shut-down control is active
(accessible by Carrier Service) and control
is closed, when pump is deactivated

Hi goshen,it was just a relay after the flow switch it was not making on close,faulty contact.thanks for your help.
