How to go about recruiting a Chilled Water Engineer?

    Hi,

Need to tread carefully as I don't want to tread on the toes of the recruitment page here. For any mods, this is NOT an ad and I am not looking for direct responses.

My company have a very large Chilled Water project coming up next year and we are looking to recruit a senior, experienced engineer for project oversite.

The jobs section here (and elsewhere on the web) seem to be very UK/USA centric (we are based in the Indian Ocean).

We would like to try and avoid 'Western' engineers as they are typically outside our price range, but a good candidate might sway us.

Does anyone have any ideas as to where I can post an ad? Paid or free.

Will Aussie's do? Or are they too expensive?

    Hi Al.
Your mailbox is full so you cannot be contacted to offer the job to anyway!

Hi Everyone, thanks for the replies. Been busy with Christmas so I'll start investigations into your suggestions now.
