Clivet chiller fault

Hi I have been called out to a fault on a clivet chiller model wsat-xsc120d
The fault code is E213 and description is module not connected however this fault clears it self after about 5 mins but re-occurs 4 or 5 times a day.

Please help me it's really frustrating as the chiller is run fine as I speak.

Sorry to ask , but is module (whatever that might be) connected?

I guess it is as the chiller runs normally most of the day, im not even sure where the module is ?

Modules are the boars I.e ap3 is compressor module, ap2 main control module and ap25 pump module.

Do you mean 214 fault code because this Is module not connected?

I think the 200 fault codes refer to the evaporator module.
