old carrier water chiller
have a question about a 30aq015910-21. how much r22 (weight) do these chillers take. Or do you charge to pressures. system has no sight glass.

Hi savoc
I use to charge old carrier chiller by super heat, sub cooling and current. I would never charge by weight but it gives a guide line. Due to ambient, design and altitude charges will vary. My main experience is on recips.

30hr runs at 58-60 suction and 240 discharge.
