    1) What is the evaporating temperature you need at the outlet of the aircooler?

    2) What's the MOP value. If this value is below the evaporating temperature the aircooler will not be fed.

-40 to -15 deggree celcius on the mop and between -20 to -26 on the evaporator outlet.

About the TEV you have gave me the range of evaporating temperatures. The MOP is defined only by a unique value specific to that valve.

-20 to -26ºC, before the CPR or downstream the valve?

    Re: Mop expansion valve

The CPR does the job that the MOP TXV will be trying to do. In my view, I'd keep it simple & use a standard TXV.

At worst, though, a TXV with a very high MOP setting (above CPR setting) would probably not interfere too much.

I also agree, but if MOP is -25ºC probably it will have lack of feeding.
