    Re: Expansion valve

Your problem is the refrigerant, the chiller is configured for R22. R422D is not recommended for flooded coolers and EXV's plus if you are still using mineral oil you will have oil return problems.
The temperature glide is quite high as well on R422D at water temperatures of 6C
Suggest you go back to R22

Gibbo's right. You can't do much with the french machines. You have 2 choices. Change the controls and put in aftermarket exv's and set them up for 422 ( you'll probably lose some capacity) or go back to R22. I know which one of these is the cheapest.

    Thank for All.

The expanxion valve operation can be changed?
Aftermarket EXV may be a problem.

And one more question...what is proposed instead of R22?

    Re: Expansion valve

R422D is fine, but you must change the oil to synthetic, mineral oil will not return with 422d, oil is probably sitting in the evaporator. Maybe refit r22 and return oil to compressor then replace with synthetic oil and then charge 422d.
