hoshizaki small cubes troubles
hi am new on the forums trying to get help i buy hoshizaki km2000sfw3 water cooled i run the machine yesterday the first cycle take 1 hour and big big cubes nices cubes
2cond cycle normal cubes
3er cycle unnomal cubes
the machine have more of 10 cycles with unnormal cubes i check the dip switch 10 digits
1,2 off 3456 on 7,8,9,10 off
my question is how i can configurate the DIP SWITCH TO GET A MORE LONGER CYCLE BECAUSE SHES MAKING ICE AROUND 7MINUTES
THE DEFROST TIME AROUND 3 MINUTES SOME BODY CAN explaim me little more?

the dip switch is a timer, look at carefully and work out the set time.
when you work it out, you can make the cycle longer or shorter till the ice cubes satisfy you.
The ice cubes should be crystal clear, thats the best.

float switch initiates harvest for hoshi's .. only harvests on time when it reaches 60 minutes which is a safety .... harvest is time controlled after suction line thermistor reaches set temp(off top of my head im guessing 48.6, or close to it)..... is the machine clean ? model & serial could be useful for more technical help ... or maybe call someone qualified to work on it
