Elephant snot ie slime in display case pumped drains
Wondering if any others are having problems, we get lots of blocked pump trays and drains on the arneg cases dairy low front, we currently use the dosing tablets after clearing but find stores with hot temperatures block up faster. It's very difficult to get a Fall on these drains as the cases are very low fronted. We use 1.5 inch drains for info. What are others doing and what are u using to keep them clear?

Not my area of expertise but is it feasible to install a fresh water flushing system to these cases?

Most of the slime /junk stems from particals in the air, and mainly from cleaners and their floor buffer polishers.
