condensation problem
hi guys!
i have condensation problem on linear diffuser supply by chilled water fcu. thermostat temp setting is 20c, motorized valve is functioning, off coil temp is 12c, airflow for 5 diffuser ave. is 2.5m/s, all flexible ducting is sealed, wet bulb temp is 23 dry bulb is 21, just finished chemical cleaning on coil. what else can be the cause of condensation?

dry bulb is generally warmer then wet bulb. Please amend accordingly.
Let alone that, as long as off coil conditions is below dew point, condensation happens. Nothing wrong with that.

Your off coil temp is too lo, velocity is lo and set point too lo. Increase these to illiminate condensation. Check fan speed,PI control loop and static pressure/filter. Also check location of sensor and calibration. What is the condition of fresh air intake - amount, RH and temp?

Is there enough LSD's for the load? The RH in Singapore is usually high. I must assume a commercial building, there are usually problems with LSD's and proximity to workstations. Is it perimeter or central zone?
