Does anyone have the manual for this unit?

I've been onto extranet and found it ESIE03-01 but when ever i try to download it i get an error message and then it says access has been forbidden

I've been trying all day but can't download it and i need it for work tomorrow

Hi Marc,

The correct manual for L series Sky Air units is ESIE03-04. Try downloading this manual, the file size is over 14MB. What info are you looking for?

Thanks, i've been onto extranet but can't download anything, I keep getting the same error
'Access to the specified resource () has been forbidden.'

Not sure if there is a problem with the extranet at the min.
