200kgs r22 what can i do with it
will have 200kg of r22 being recovered from chiller soon, would like a few shillings for it, what are my options

I too would suggest you talk to your wholesaler / refrigerant supplier regarding what they can offer you for it.
If you plan to keep it for your own use you will need to consider that refrigerant that is recovered from a system is considered as waste and subject to the appropriate waste legislation.

Be careful of selling what you have, the product you have is classed as recovered, while classed as recovered it can't be re-used, if you put it through a basic cleaning procedure (run it through a drier) it then becomes recycled, recycled can only be used by the engineer/company that removed it, it can not be resold as it is illegal, the only product that can be resold is reclaim, to be classed as reclaim it has to be reclaimed to ARI 700 specification (min 99.5% pure)
