    Samsung MH060FXEA3B and MH020FWEA

    Hi,

First of all, sorry for my bad english ...

I just come in my new appartment and I have a problem with my air conditionning system.

    It's :
    Outdoor unit : MH060FXEA3B
    Indoor unit : 3 x MH020FWEA

At the beginning, only 1 unit working, the two other says error E101.

After reading some topics, and informations on outdoor unit, I set the number of indoor unit on the switch SW01 of the outdoor unit, and press K3 for making all indoor unit to be recognize.

But now, I have no air flow when I put the unit in heat mode.

If I've done all this by my own, it's because vendor don't want to come finishing the job ... but it's winter and I want it to work fast

So, if someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong, or if someone have both of the Service Manual for MH060FXEA3B and MH020FWEA, it will be awesome !

    Thanks

How long have you waited for airflow to start?

Is the outdoor unit running when in heat mode?

    Almost half an hour.

The outdoor unit seems running in heat mode.
The first display of the outdoor unit says 00 -> 01 -> 02 and again.
The second display start at 60 when I start the first indoor unit, and go near 85 after I start the 2 other indoor unit, and seems to continue growing up before I stop all the indoor unit.

I've tested cool mode, and I have an air flow.

Pipe checking operation (auto addressing mode) is not done properly.
Why vendor don't want to come finishing the job?

Because, since he finish the first part, he have stop installing Air Conditionner, and have no more people who have the skills.

Yes but I haven't neither Installation Manual or Service Manual.

Is there a way to obtain it ?

Everything what was in package of unit belongs to you (if you paid) and installer should leave all documentation to you. If not, than he took something what doesnt belong to him. Ask him to provide you with YOUR documentation, but be aware that finishing instalation by yourself mean that warranty is voided.

Service manual is not part of package! It is literature for service technician and not for user.
