There's plenty on Google, it depends on what you are searching for.
"Basic Wiring Diagrams"
What for?
House wiring?
Control Circuits?
Electric Motors?
Etc
Etc
A little more information is always useful.Brian - Newton Abbot, Devon, UK

Re: UK Electrical symbols and Wiring diagram
when searching try typing CAD symbols then refine from there.
There are thousands of them, most just show contacts then a legend, when i was a boy we were taught these at college, A good wiring diagram could tell you just about anything you needed to know, apressure switch had its own symbol and from the contact positions you could tell if it was normally open or closed, if it broke on raise or fall of pressure. All the sparkies always had real fun with oil diff pressure switches

Re: UK Electrical symbols and Wiring diagram
For control circuits you could start with manufacturers schematics.
