toshiba vrv p c b problems

Been to a toshiba MAR-F-105 HT M8-PE found it with condencer fan running in high speed. no display on p c b and no fault codes on controler. toshiba tech support sed p c b was faulty due to power supply, checked out ok.so fitted new p c b and transformer just to be safe. ran ok for one week yes you gest it the new p c b is us have checked all the bits conected to it.can you help

check for water marks on the main PCB near the black chip in the center on the PCB, when going on defrost we had a lot of these with water entering the electrics as water was dripping on the coil (bottom left hand side) and had to re-lag the valves/pipes
