    Another BEKO CDA653F (different problem)

Bought one a couple of months ago and find that setting the thermostat to give 4-5ºC results in the freezer always being at -24 to -26ºC.

Does anyone know where an adjustment might be lurking so I can balance this up and get closer to -18 in the freezer?

Always found it on others but this one seems well hidden.

Don't bother looking - there isn't one! The only temp control is the stat in the fridge

Oh wonderful! At least it's not something I've missed.

I have a feeling about this piece of kit........

    Thanks for letting me know.

-18c is the wrmest the freezer should be. for health and safety, -22 to -24 is to be preferred

Thanks for that. I was worried that the lower temperature might be harmful to the food - freezer burn (whatever that is) at the back of my mind.
