OK, that's fine, I'll move this thread over to the transport section, you might get a better response over there.

Also, welcome, enjoy.

Re: MP IV MICRO Problem

I don't know anything about those testers and don't have one. Thing is, if its in the machine we can go through wiring and properly trouble shoot. Have you tried this in a machine yet? What machine is it out of?

Re: MP IV MICRO Problem

hi thanks for your reply
If you plug the micro back to the wiring loom in the frigde all the temp sensor will read -75.6 c / amp= -5.5
alarms 2/3/4/5/6 61 50 79.
You can not clear 2 3 4 5 6.
if you put the micro tester on all you get is the screen lights

Re: MP IV MICRO Problem

Sounds to me like you have a problem in the socket that carries the sensor wires.
Although, I see you have a voltage alarm. These don't like low voltage and often spit up lots of various codes. Confirm the micro is getting good voltage.

Re: MP IV MICRO Problem

are you useing the correct tester? should be 204-723.
when you connect and power up in test one it will automatically light up all display segments to verify they are all still good, test two will auto test and give a result ,pass or fail. to be honest they are not that good as you may get a pass when they are defective. better to test with a good known replacment if possible.
