Great machines and a great technology. The compressors and therefore the chiller is much tougher than a standard chiller. I've installed/worked on more than a dozen, both air and water cooled and they are fantastic. Amazingly quiet, little to no maintenance and absolutely vibration free. You may also want to look at their CPECS (Chiller Plant Energy Control System) which optimizes the performance of all the plant components and has diplay in COP of kW/ton for the system and each component. Good stuff.
I have seen some negative remarks about the technology but only by those who work on traditional compressor technology and feel threatened by the new compressor.

I totally agree they are a great machine. Unfortunately i have only seen the water cooled versions...Great piece of technology especially now that everything seems to be about energy efficiency and Green Star rating of buildings, these machines are a great way to minimise the energy wastage.

Dear Scotty60.
I see that you are from Australia. You can contact powerpax and ask for Sam Ringwaldt. He is an amazing guy, with tons of knowladge about those chillers.
For all of you in Europe and middle east - feel free to contact me with any questions, I have sold installed and service over 25 chillers in Israel, both water and air cooled by Axima Germany. This is an amazing piece of work!!!
